Our Story

Shoop Media's story began with a crazy idea from two brothers that grew up playing sports and watching movies. Into adulthood, they were seeking ways to have fun, enjoy their work, and make a positive impact on the world. And then the idea emerged when one of the brothers started a podcast and immediately learned the power of the medium.
Could podcasts be a way to make communities stronger? 
The two brothers started searching to see if anyone else was doing it and they couldn't find it. One had just moved to Arizona to Ohio and thought, let's test it here.
The result: Neighborhood Podcasts a cool way to share stories with neighbors and a platform for local businesses to showcase their personalities.
